• Reports
• Worksheets
• Frameworks
• Templates
• Educational materials
• Written content
• Graphics
• Branding
• Technology and software

remains the exclusive property of OnPoint Wealth Coaching unless otherwise stated.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable license for your personal use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, share, publish, sell, or otherwise use program materials without prior written consent from OnPoint Wealth Coaching.

The Escape Plan may utilize automation technologies, artificial intelligence systems, and other software tools to provide personalized insights, educational recommendations, communications, and participant support.

While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, AI-generated information may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

All purchases of The Escape Plan are final.

Due to the immediate access provided to proprietary digital content, assessments, reports, tools, educational materials, and intellectual property, no refunds, credits, exchanges, or partial refunds will be granted for any reason.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Failure to complete the program
• Lack of participation
• Dissatisfaction with content
• Personal circumstances
• Business circumstances
• Financial circumstances
• Technical challenges relating to participant devices or internet access

Please ensure The Escape Plan is appropriate for your needs before purchasing.

If recurring billing or subscription options are offered, participants may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not result in a refund of payments already made.

By participating in The Escape Plan, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

OnPoint Wealth Coaching is not responsible for the availability, functionality, content, security, or privacy practices of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnPoint Wealth Coaching, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, representatives, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other damages arising from:

• Reliance on program content
• Use of assessments, reports, recommendations, or AI-generated insights
• Business, financial, investment, legal, tax, or personal decisions made by participants
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Loss of income, revenue, profits, opportunities, business value, or anticipated results

Participation in The Escape Plan is undertaken entirely at your own risk.

Your use of The Escape Plan is subject to our Privacy Policy.

By participating in the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

OnPoint Wealth Coaching reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to The Escape Plan at any time if a participant violates these Terms & Conditions.

No refund, credit, or compensation will be provided in the event of termination for violation of these terms.

OnPoint Wealth Coaching reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued participation in The Escape Plan following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.

Any disputes arising from participation in The Escape Plan shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in The Escape Plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

You further acknowledge that The Escape Plan is intended for educational and coaching purposes only, that results are not guaranteed, and that all purchases are final and non-refundable.
